Payment deducted Twice / I can see Duplicate Transaction.
In rare cases, a card transaction will be charged twice for the single order due to an error in the order processing or technical issues with the bank.
In those cases you will receive an automatic message from your bank to refund funds as per bank time period. If the funds don’t appear after that period, you may need to contact your bank to see their policy on holding voided authorizations.
Please login to your account and check the Order History for duplicate orders. If it shows one order, the duplicate payment will be refunded automatically. If there are duplicate orders, please contact the takeaway immediately or contact us on Live Chat to cancel the duplicate order and raise for refund.
