How to Delete Foodhub Account?
We are sorry to hear that you want to delete your account. While you will no longer receive the same benefits.
If you wish to delete your account due to more promotional emails and SMS then you can unsubscribe these from your My Account. It does not require you to delete your Foodhub account.
If still you want to delete your account follow below steps:
Foodhub website
Login to Foodhub account.
Click on the dropdown list on the right corner of the screen and select Profile.
Select the advanced option and click on Delete account.
On clicking on Delete, a confirmation notification displays on the screen. You will be prompted to enter DELETE on a small box and click on the delete button.
Foodhub App
Login to Foodhub account.
Click on the menu and select profile.
Select the advanced option and click on the Delete account.
On clicking on Delete, a confirmation notification displays on the screen. You will be prompted to enter DELETE on a small box and click on the Delete button.
Note: On deletion of an account, the wallet amount cannot be reclaimed and the account is not recoverable.
